INGREDIENTS
500 Grams Beef ribs
1/4 cup Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 med Onion
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp crushed pepper
100 ml tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 Potato, cut in big cubes
2 carrots cut in cubes
1 Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
2 red chilli (optional) if you like spicy
