Hi guys, just wanna share the reason why my mom always cook Beef Caldereta at home. That's because she was able to come up with a budget friendly recipe and I would like to share that to all of you. Most especially in these trying times, though we experienced "ECQ" (Enhanced Community Quarantine) and "GCQ" it doesn't mean we can't afford to eat food without preservative.
Ingredients:
Beef chunk
Garlic
Onion
Potato
Carrot
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce
Liver spread
Soy sauce
Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Beef broth (yung pinagkuluan ng beef)
P.S.
The video sequence didn't include the "tomato sauce"(my bad). Kindly add it after the "tomato paste. ?
