Ingredients needed to make biryani:
1) Cooking oil
2) Chopped Onions
3) Garlic / Ginger Paste
4) Water
5) Lean cut medium sized beef pieces
6) Chopped tomatoes
7) Yogurt
8) Shan Biryani Masala
9) Coriander leaves
10) Basmati Rice
11) Green Chilies
12) Himalayan Pick Salt
The ingredients should be properly mixed and cooked (WATCH the video to do this properly or the resulting mixture will be under-cooked and taste bland). Cook on low to medium flame. Trying to cook at high flame/temperature will ruin the rice and beef will remain under-cooked.
The ingredients are low fat and an excellent mix of vegetables and lean beef. The oil used is minimal, it is vegetable oil consisting of unsaturated fat.
