Servings: 4 Serving Size: 200g cauliflower rice, 100g corn and bean mix, 150g cooked beef, 2 tbs sauce Macros per Serving: 497 cal, 50g P, 23g C, 18g F Price per Serving: $4.50 Estimated Cook Time: 20 min Seasoned Beef Ingredients: -2 lbs lean ground beef -1/4 cup low-sodium taco seasoning -1/4 cup water -1 tsp olive oil Instructions: -heat a pan on high heat and add oil -brown the beef and break apart; cook until no more pink -add in taco seasoning and water; mix well before turning off the heat Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice Ingredients: -24 oz.
