So Here we are with something special and completely new…. Chicken dipped in BBQ Sauce
For Marination :
– 400 gms of chicken
– 2tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp turmeric
– 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 2 tbsp salt
– 1 tbsp coriander powder
For Side item :
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 yellow bell pepper
– 2 medium chopped Onions
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 2 tsp jeera not crushed
– 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– salt , coriander powder and red chili powder (as per taste)
And the sauce :
– 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
