Here's the recipe:
THE BARTENDER’S COFFEE
2 oz. (60ml) Reposado Tequila
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Cinnamon Syrup
Shaved Cinnamon
1 oz. (30ml) Spices Coffee
[10oz. Hot water, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise]
PREPARATION
1. Use a french press to brew a spices coffee (with ground coffee, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and 10 oz. of hot water)
2. In a mixing glass, combine cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, tequila, and spiced coffee. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain mix into serving glass and shave cinnamon on top. Enjoy responsibly!
