A cheeky little Banana/Blueberry/Flax Seed Smoothie. Full of antioxidants and omega 3's. Packed with protein. Totally vegan. Totally healthy. Totally delish. Ingredients - 250ml water - 100ml rice milk - 100g frozen banana - 100g blueberry - 5g flax seeds - 30g pitted medjool dates - 5g vanilla extract - 30g pea protein powder Instructions - Blend all ingredients together. - Enjoy! Macros 430kcal energy, 28g protein, 65g carbs, 6g fat, 9g fibre. Servings This recipe makes about 500ml.
