Banana almonds smoothie is one of the easiest smoothie recipe. it is made with simple ingredients that everyone always have in their kitchen. so we can make it anytime in your day routine. this smoothie is also a healthy and kids friendly.

Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Making Time : 5 minutes
Servings: 2 glass

INGREDIENTS –
2 Bananas (sliced in medium pieces)
Soaked Almonds -20-25 (soaked in water before 6-7 hrs.)
Frozen milk – 1 cup (250 ml)
Frozen curd – 2 table spoons (provides creamy texture)
Khus syrup – 2 table spoons (for flavor, you can use honey)

METHOD –
Take a blender jar, put all ingredients into the jar together.
Blend it on low speed and then increase to higher speed as the smoothie starts blend together (with some intervals)
Blend it until the almond and frozen milk crushed finely and become smooth.
Smoothie is ready to serve now pour it into glass.
NOTE:
Serve the smoothie immediately and have it please don’t preserve for long time.
