Do try this Chicken Drumsticks recipe and share your feedback with us. #ChickenDrumsticks #BakeryStyleDrumsticks #SooperChef #Drumsticks Chicken Drumsticks Recipe Ingredients for Mince Mixture: Chicken mince 500 g Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger garlic minced 1/2 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp Salt to taste Red chili flakes 2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Hot sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp All-purpose flour 4 tbsp Egg 1 Lemon juice 1 tsp Bread slices (crushed) 2 Ingredients for Chili Sauce: Water 1 ½ cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Sugar 3 tbsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Hot sauce 3 tbsp Slurry 2 tbsp (Corn flour 2 tbsp + Water 3 tbsp) Ingredients for Assembling: Oil (for greasing) as required Ice cream sticks as required Warm water as required Mince mixture as required Oil (for deep frying) as required Directions for Mince Mixture Preparation: In a bowl, add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onion, coriander, salt, red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, all-purpose flour, egg, lemon juice, bread slices crushed. Mix well and chill for 30-40 minutes. Place ice cream sticks in warm water and rest for 5-10 minutes. Directions for Chili Sauce Preparation: Add water, ginger garlic minced, salt, chili flakes, sugar, lemon juice, hot sauce in a sauce pan and turn on the flame and stir. When it starts boiling, low down the flame and add slurry while stirring continuously. Cook until thickened and take off the flame. Directions for Assembling: Grease your hands with oil and take handful of prepared mince mixture. Flatten and cover the sticks with mince, making the shape of drum stick. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry until fully cooked and dark brown in color. Serve drumsticks with chili sauce. Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 20 mins Serving: 6-7
