Ingredients:
- Sugar – ¾ Cup
- Water – 1 Cup
- Maida – 1 Cup
- Sugar – 2 Teaspoon
- Butter/Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
- Curd – 2 Tablespoon
- Baking Soda
- Kesari Powder (Optional)
Preparation:
- To make sugar syrup: Add ¾ cup of Sugar and 1 Cup of water
- Dissolve in water and boil for 5 mins to make thick syrup.
- Once done keep the sugar syrup separately.
- Now in a bowl add 1 cup of maida,2 teaspoons of sugar,2 tablespoon of butter or ghee and 2 tablespoons of curd and Kesari powder(optional)
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and form a dough.
- Now make small ball with a dent in the center and fry in oil.
- Fry all badusha in low flame on both sides
- Cool completely and add to sugar syrup
- Dip both sides and rest it for 15 to 20 mins
- Garnish with dry fruits like almonds and pistachio
