The Avocado Smoothie was one of my favorite drinks growing up and was what I looked forward to come summertimes. It may sound strange to enjoy an Avocado in a sweet drink but trust me, the sweetness goes perfectly with the buttery fruit!

Ingredients:

1 avocado (or 2 baby/peewee avocados)
1/2 banana
3 tbsp condensed milk
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

1) de-seed avocado and drop in blender
2) peel 1/2 banana and place in blender
3) dump milk, ice, and condensed milk in blender
4) blend on high for 1 minute
5) taste. add more condensed milk if you’d like it sweeter
6) enjoy! super easy
