Avocado Papaya Smoothie Recipe Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 10 min Total time: 25 min Yield: 2 to 4 servings Ingredients: For the Smoothie Papaya: 2 Cups Mangoes : 1 Cup Avocado: 1 Cup Muskmelon: 1Cup Milk: 2 Cup For the Topping Cashew nuts: 2 tbsp Mangoes : ½ Cup Muskmelon: ½ Cup Papaya : 1Cup Avocado : 2 tbsp Honey : 4 Tsp Directions: List • Peel the papaya with a vegetable peeler, seed it and shred it into thin strands, cut it into cubes about 1 inches in length. • Peel and then dice the Mangoes into 1-inch. • Peel the muskmelon , seed it and chop into cubes • Chop avocado into cubes • Add Papaya, Mangoes, Muskmelon, avocado into a blender along with Ginger, Mint 2 Cups of Milk • Blend Smooth. • Transfer into a Smoothie Bowl. • Add 4 Tsp. of Honey • For the toppings add papaya, mangoes, muskmelon, avocado, chopped cashews.
