Here is the recipe:
1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt (or Cottage Cheese)
1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons (13g) Flaxseed Meal
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Spinach
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Saturated Fat: 1g
1. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender
2. Blend everything together
