Here are some ways to make an apple smoothie:
Rinse and peel two large organic apples.
Chop the apples and add them to a blender.
Add a pinch of ground cinnamon powder.
Pour in ½ cup of lite coconut milk or coconut milk with a thin or medium consistency.
Blend until smooth.
Combine almond milk, apple, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice cubes in a blender.
Add fresh apples, blueberries, and lemon juice.
Add ice and water before blending.
Add some Greek yogurt for a thicker, more nutritionally balanced smoothie.
You can discard the apple seeds before making the smoothie. While it’s unlikely that you’d get cyanide poisoning from eating only a few apple seeds, it’s best to be safe.
