Here's the recipe:
ANYTHING FOR SELENAS
2 oz. (60ml) Reposado Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Grapefruit Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Cream
3 dashes Aperitif Bitters
1 egg white
Grapefruit Soda
Grapefruit slice
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine reposado tequila, grapefruit liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, heavy cream, bitters, and egg white. Shake well with ice.
2. Remove ice and shake again to create foam.
3. Strain mix into a tall glass and leave room.
4. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
