Ingredients for Chicken Aloo Curry
– Chicken, curry cut with bones – 1 kg
– Potatoes, medium sized, halved HALF KG
For the paste:
– Onions, sliced & fried 2
– Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
– Red Chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
– Coriander powder- 1 tsp
– Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Whole Garam Masala/ spices-
– Cloves- 5
– Salt-1.5 tsp
– Green chilies, 2 TBSP
– Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp
– Oil Or ghee 1 cup
