Check out our other desserts https://candylish.com Follow us on Facebook https://facebook.com/candylish.official Equipment we used: Food processor https://amzn.to/2EVaQ2A Pizza cutter https://amzn.to/2Hjhvd7 Glass bowls https://amzn.to/2qFayc9 Mixer https://amzn.to/2vng4oz Bowl scraper https://amzn.to/2HbckvS Ingredients: 4 oz whole almonds (100g) 3 oz granulated sugar (60g) 2 oz powdered sugar (50g) 1 egg yolk 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (100g) Instructions: Process almonds, granulated and powdered sugar in a food processor until almonds are finely ground. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Beat in egg yolk with a mixer. Place the almond paste on a work surface and knead in additional powdered sugar, if needed. Roll out into a long rope, about 1-inch in diameter. Cut into 3-inch long rolls. Melt chocolate and dip the rolls in it.
