Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Ashta (Cream Layer):
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Cream 1 Cup
-Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Rose water 1 tbs
Prepare Caramel Syrup:
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Rose water 1 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Bread slices 8 large
-Nurpur Butter salted
Assembling:
-Soan papri optional for garnish
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped

Directions:
Prepare Ashta (Cream Layer):
-In a wok,add milk,cream,sugar,all-purpose flour,cornflour,rose water & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Caramel Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown & stir gently pan in between to mix.
-Add butter & mix well.
-Add water,rose water,lemon juice,mix well & cook for a minute & set aside.
-Trim bread edges & generously apply butter on both sides of bread slice.
-In frying pan,add bread slices & toast from both sides until golden brown & crispy then cut into small cubes.
Assembling:
-In a serving cup,add toasted bread cubes & pour prepared caramel syrup on it while it is still warm.
-Press gently & let it soak for 5 minutes.
-Add & spread prepared ashta & refrigerate until chilled.
-Garnish with soan papri,pistachios & serve chilled!

Prepare Ashta (Cream Layer):

-Rose water 1 tbs

-Karahi mein doodh,cream,cheeni,maida,cornflour aur rose water dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per garha ho jaay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Caramel Syrup:
-Saice mein cheeni dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelized aur brown ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein pan ko gently stir ker lein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani,rose water aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread ka edges ko trim ker lein aur generously makhan ko bread ka dono sides per laga lein.
-Frying pan mein bread slices rakh dein aur dono sides sa golden brown & crispy ho janay tak toast ker lein phir small cubes mein cut ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving cup mein toasted bread cubes aur tayyar caramel syrup dal dein.
-Gently press karein aur 5 minute kliya soak ker lein.
-Tayyar ashta dal ker pheela lein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Soan papri aur pista sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
