Cuban Mojo Chicken is super easy to make! Today I’m sharing an air fryer chicken recipe that’s insanely delicious especially when you pair it with a homemade Cuban Mojo Sauce! The boneless chicken thighs are seasoned with onion, garlic, and cumin. I use my Ninja Foodi to air fry the chicken to perfection. In the end, I sauteed onions and garlic in freshly squeezed orange juice for a Cuban Mojo Sauce that’s easy to make. Add this to the list of must try air fryer recipes!
