Elevate your chicken game with our delicious and healthy Afghani Chicken Boti - made in an air fryer! #foodfusion #happycookingtoyou #Falak Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3kPKbPZ Serves 2-3 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12 -Water 4 tbs or as required -Dahi (Yogurt) hung ¾ Cup -Cream ½ Cup -Falak Ginger powder 1 tsp -Falak Garlic powder 1 tsp -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Falak Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Falak Kali mirch (Black pepper) fine ground ½ tsp -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Boneless chicken preferably thigh pieces 500g -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Cooking oil Directions: -In a grinder,add green chillies,cashew nuts,water & blend well. -Take out in a bowl,add yogurt,cream,ginger powder,garlic powder,lemon juice,cumin powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,dried fenugreek leaves,cooking oil & whisk well. -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours. -Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes. -Fold aluminum foil from all sides to make a dish like shape & set aside. -Place marinated chicken on air fryer basket & reserve marinade for later use. -Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 18-20 minutes,check after 10 minutes & apply cooking oil & continue air frying. -Take out chicken pieces & set aside. -Now add reserved marinade in prepared aluminum dish,add chicken pieces & air fry at 180C for 6-8 minutes. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12 -Water 4 tbs or as required -Dahi (Yogurt) hung ¾ Cup -Cream ½ Cup -Falak Ginger powder 1 tsp -Falak Garlic powder 1 tsp -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Falak Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Falak Kali mirch (Black pepper) fine ground ½ tsp -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Boneless chicken preferably thigh pieces 500g -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Cooking oil Directions: -Grinder mein hari mirchein,kaju aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein. -Bowl mei nikal lein,dahi,cream,adrak powder,lehsan powder,lemon juice,zeera powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,kali mirch piowder,kasuri methi aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein. -2-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein. -Aluminum foil ko tamam sides sa fold ker ka dish ki shape bana lein & side per rakh dein. -Air fryer basket mein marinated chicken dal dein aur marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein. -Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 18-20 minutes kliya air fry ler lein,10 minutes ka bad check karein, cooking oil laga lein & air frying continue rakhein. -Chicken pieces ko nikal ker side per rakh dein. -Ab reserved marinade ko tayyar aluminum dish mein dal dein aur chicken pieces rakh dein aur 180C per 6-8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein. -Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
