A SIMPLE HAINANESE CHICKEN WITH GINGER SAUCE RECIPE


RECIPE: 1pc Whole Chicken 4slice of Ginger 1pc Leeks To taste Salt GINGER SAUCE: 150g Ginger 3cloves Garlic about 1/4cup of Olive Oil or Peanut Oil A little bit of Sesame Oil To taste Salt and Pepper Thinly Slice leeks Hoisin Sauce Sriracha Sauce TIPS: *It is important to rinse it with cold water to prevent overcooked, and to keep the chicken skin springly. *After cooking pat dry the chicken with paper towel, and brush it with sesame oil.
