A CHOCOLATE DREAM RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut power : 4 cup
Chocolate chips : 2 bowl
Edible gold powder : to decorate
Whipped dream : 2 cup
Gelatin sheets : 2 sheet
Condensed milk
White chocolate : 2 cup
Coconut powder : 1 cup
Cocoa powder : 1 cup
Cashew : 1 cup
Almonds : 1 cup
Flour : 1 cup

HOW TO:

STEP 1: Make the chocolate Sphere
Heat up water in the pot, keep 2 cups of dark chocolate chips in a bowl over the hot water to melt with its steam. The melted chocolate temperature should be around 50 degrees, add a few chocolate chips to bring the temperature around 29 degrees, (around room temperature). Pour the chocolate into round silicone molds. Empty trays, so you will have empty round chocolate spheres in order to make a chocolate sphere shell.

STEP 2: Chocolate ganache balls:
Heat the pot and add one large cup of cream, have 2 cups of dark chocolate chips, once the cream is hot pour ½ of the hot cream into a bowl and stir to melt chocolates in cream and let it become close to room temperature and doughy. Take around ½ spoon and dip it in cocoa powder and while shaping into round balls insert an almond or cashew nut in the middle, set aside and once finished keep in the fridge.

STEP 3: Chocolate mousse
Part1: melt 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Part2: Whisk 2 cups of cream, when it’s half whipped add the melted chocolate to it. And whisk more. Your chocolate mousse is ready.

STEP 4: Take your chocolate spheres out of the freezer, put your chocolate mousse in a piping bag, cut the edge and slowly fill the chocolate shells in round molds. add 1 tbsp white chocolate ganache to the center of it and 1 tsp of condensed milk. put the tray in the freezer again. Once the chocolate is frozen please take it out and remove the chocolate shells from silicon molds, with 2 half spheres we will make a full chocolate ball. We use melted chocolate mousse to glue together and then roll it in coconut powder and brush it with gold edible color. serve it with hot cream sweetened with condensed milk.
