We had a potluck party, and I had to bring a chicken dish. I decided to try this soy garlic fried chicken recipe, inspired by @Seonkyoung Longest .. I love spicy food but had to make this non-spicy for some of my friends who don't prefer spicy food! It was fun! I enjoyed it. Hope you give this a try as well.. ?

Soy Garlic Fried Chicken Wings:
3 Lb Chicken Wings
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp minced Ginger
1/4 cup soju or white wine
3 Garlic cloves, minced
For the Batter:
1 1/4 cup Korean fried chicken mix
1 cup water
For coating:
1-2 cups Korean fried chicken mix
Soy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp( or more) Crushed red pepper
Garnish (optional):
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Cilantro
