2 snacks in one recipe is really really really common in my house. I always try to make verities out of few things around me. So here's my one game changer recipe which goes really well. If you have some guest coming in short notice and you really want to impress them in less effort, then i must say this recipe will help a lot! Ingredients for chicken filling:
-200 grams of minced chicken
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1/2 cup grated carrot
-2 chopped green chili
-handful of coriander leaves
-1 tsp of minced garlic
-1 tsp of ginger paste
-salt to taste
-1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
-1 tsp honey (honey makes chicken tender)
-2 tbsp corn flour
for Chicken spring roll
use pastry sheet
for chicken ball
add 1 egg and 1/3 cup breadcrumb
