1000 Calorie high protein meal: ROAST CHICKEN + VEG

Ingredients - 4 chicken thighs - 6 small potatoes, chopped - Various Vegetables - Honey Total calories - at least 900 but easily 1000 depending on quantity. Total Protein - Approximately 80 grams
