Tandoori Chicken, smoky, spicy, juicy chicken. It's wonderful. The authentic way to make tandoori chicken is in a tandoor, the Indian clay oven. But you probably haven't got a tandoor. So the next best option is to use an outdoor barbecue or grill. But what to do if you live somewhere where outdoor cooking isn't an option? Well, you can make tandoori chicken in a regular oven. It won't have the lovely smoky char that you get from a tandoor, but it's pretty good nevertheless. In this video I show you how to oven-cook tandoori chicken.
