Step by step complete recipe of chicken and mix vegetable pulao. You can use variety of vegetables. I used cabbage and Capsicum you can use peas, green spring onions and carrots etc.
Serve it hot with kachomar salad, green chutney or raita. You will love it.
Rice Half kg
Chicken Half kg
Capsicum 1 medium
Cabbage 1cup
Onion 1 medium
Tomato 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1tbs
Salt to taste
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
Black pepper Half tsp
Turmeric Half tsp
Roasted & Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp full
Chicken cube 1
Pickle 2 tbs
In the end you can add (a pinch of yellow food color mix with 2 tbs milk) when you put rice on simmer.
