To Marinate: In a large bowl, Add yogurt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves, Ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and Oil .Mix it well. 2. Add chicken chunks and mix it with the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. The more time you marinate, the more juicy and flavorful. 3. Add in Cubed onions and cubed bell peppers to that and mix well, 1 hour before the grill. 4. Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to avoid burning. 5. Arrange the chicken pieces in the skewer Onion, Bell peppers alternatively in a skewer. 6. For Oven: Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees and cook them for 25 -30 minutes. Make sure to turn the sides after 15 minutes. Finally broil them for 2-3 minutes on each side. 7. For Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 370 degree F for 5 minutes. Place the chicken tikka skewers in the basket and brush the top with oil. Cook it for 8-10 minutes and turn the skewers and cook for another 7 minutes on 400 F or until the chicken is slightly charred and browned. 8. For Grill: you can do this in the bbq grill or stovetop grill. In a grill pan spread some oil, medium heat cook the chicken pieces on all the sides until done. 9. Serve hot with lemon wedges, slices of onions and green chutney as a starter. You can make chicken tikka rolls and enjoy!
