Spread the olive oil in the waffle iron and pour the egg mix. When ready, serve with balsamic vinegar on top and enjoy! Meanwhile, fry together the colorful bell peppers, onion, season everything with salt and black pepper. Place the veggie mix and cheese on the beef and roll. Place the pre-cooked pasta in the large bowl, add the halved cherry tomatoes, corn, cut avocado and pour the dressing. Stir all together and serve. Enjoy!
