1 kg chicken wings with skin
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp freshly grounded black pepper
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp mustard powder
?For Coating:
2 cups refined flour
5 tbsp corn flour
5 tbsp rice flour
Seasonings
?Egg Wash: 1 egg + 1/4 cup Milk
