Ingredients -
For Meatballs
225 gms Chicken Mince
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp Dried Herbs
1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Garlic ( minced )
1/2 egg (whisked)
For Creamy Mushroom Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (for frying)
1 Shallot / White Onion( chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1/8 tsp Chilli Flakes
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 to 3 Mushrooms (Chopped)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour (maida)
1 cup Chicken Stock
1.2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp Dried Herbs
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 -2 Tbsp Cream
