Follow me: instagram: @wwkels GET A MONTH OF WW FREE: https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/iaf/?iaftoken=1012B07000 Recipes: Churro Donuts (5sp each) by @stephaniekaye_ww ★ 4: Rhodes Bread Yeast Dinner Rolls (found at Walmart) ★ Bake on 350° for 5 minutes ★ Spread Duncan Hines Whipped Cream Cheese on donut (8g per donut) ★ Sprinkle cinnamon + sugar on top Stephanie's Insta: https://www.instagram.com/stephaniekaye_ww/ Sing Serve Pudding Poke Mug Cake (3sp) by @andes_ww_journey Cake: ★ 40g (3TBSP): Pillsbury Sugar Free Cake Mix ★ 2 tbsp: diet soda mixed with cake mix ★ Microwave mixture for 1 minute (spray mug first) ★ Put in fridge to cool off ★ Poke holes in cake and top with "frosting" mixture ★ Enjoy! "Frosting": ★ 1/4 cup: cashew milk (I used almond in the video) ★ 5g: sugar free fat free jello pudding of choice mixed with cashew milk Andrea's Insta: https://www.instagram.com/andes_ww_journey/ Brownie Cookies (2sp) by @thehealthyaddiction_ but found on @nocarbsforsam insta ★ 3/4 cup: almond flour ★ 1/4 cup: lakanto monkfruit sweetener ★ 3 tbsp: unsweetened cocoa powder ★ 1/4 tsp: baking soda ★ 1/4 tsp: salt ★ 1: egg ★ 1/4 cup: nonfat greek yogurt ★ 1 tsp: ff skim milk (didn't have that so I used almond milk) ★ 40: lily's milk chocolate chips ★ Bake at 350° for 14 minutes (makes 12 cookies) Sophie's insta: https://www.instagram.com/thehealthyaddiction_/ Sam's insta: https://www.instagram.com/nocarbsforsam/ Leave the Cannoli's (3sp each) by mbuckets_ww Batter: ★ 1/2 cup: Kodiak Cakes Pancake mix ★ 1/2 cup: unsweetened almond milk ★ 1: egg ★ 3 tbsp: Truvia (whatever sweetener you use) ★ 1 tsp: baking powder ★ Pinch of salt ★ Pinch of cinnamon ★ 1 tsp: vanilla extract ★ 2 tbsp: nonfat Greek yogurt ★ Preheat oven to 350, mix all ingredients together and bake in donut molds for 11-15 minutes or until donuts are cooked. Let donuts cool before applying the filling Filling: ★ 1/2 cup: part skim ricotta ★ 1/2 tsp: vanilla extract ★ 46: Lily’s Milk Chocolate Chips ★ 1/8 cup: powdered sugar ★ Mix Together and separate equally between the 6 donuts.
