2Can't eat desserts outside? Look no further! Here's a combo Recipe of the Delicious and Creamy Kesar Shrikhand & Mango Shrikhand which can be prepared in No time! Try them out and let us know how it turns out! Shrikhand - Recipe Ingredients: ½ kg Hung Curd 3 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Pistachios, chopped 1 tbsp Milk powder A pinch of Saffron, soaked in a tablespoon of luke-warm milk 1 Cup Mango, chopped 1 Cup Mango puree Procedure Kesar shrikhand: 1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and milk powder with the curd. 2. Add saffron and garnish with pistachios. 3. Refrigerate for two hours and serve. Mango shrikhand: 1. In a bowl, mix sugar and milk powder with the curd. 2. Add the mango puree and garnish with mango pieces and pistachios. 3. Refrigerate for two hours and serve.
