Carrot Payasam as it is called in South India or Ghajar Ka Kheer as it is called in North India is a very easy, quick and simple dish. It is nutritious as well with the goodness of milk and carrot condensed into it. It does not use much sugar as well. A different and tasty dessert to prepare when some guests drop by at short notice. If you have condensed milk in hand it is even quicker to make.
