UNIQUE Organic Green Smoothie Recipe with Home Grown Organic Kohlrabi (a.k.a German Turnip)

Published on June 26, 2020 We loved the kohlrabi so much from our previous harvest, that we decided to try it in a smoothie. We were not disappointed! The taste, along with the addition of the apple, was sweet and a bit earthy, and all around wonderful. If you get the chance, this is definitely a recipe you want to try on your own.
