Here's the recipe:
KLEMMENTINE SMASH

1 Β½ oz. (45ml) Gin
Β½ oz. (15ml) Cacao
ΒΌ oz. (7ml) Absinthe
Β½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Clementines
Garnish: Lime Wedge
PREPARATION
1. Drop lime juice in the base of a shaking glass and add clementine quarters. Muddle well.
2. Add Gin, cacao, absinthe, and crushed ice. Shake well.
3. Pour the mix into serving glass and top off with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
