Try this Beef Stir Fry Recipe, BEEF and GREEN BEANS in Oyster Sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
(marinade)
1/2 kilo Beef (Brisket), cut into strips
1/2 cup Soy Sauce (less salt)
Black Pepper
2 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1/2 of Large Onion, or 1 large Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Green Beans
leeks
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
then pour in 1/2 litre Sprite or 7up
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch dilute in 1/2 cup water
