Let's talk about Instant Pot Roasts for a minute. First of all, if you haven't tried making a Beef Roast in your Instant Pot, you need too! It is one of the easiest recipes. Lets talk cook time. Because of the liquid, it is REALLY hard to over cook. So if it is hard, then you need to cook it longer. A good rule of thumb - for every pound of beef, cook it for 30 minutes. 2 pounds - 60 minutes. 3 pounds - 90 minutes.
