Chicken chili with garlic rice : Ingredients Chicken 400gm Oil 3tbsp Chopped garlic 1tsp Capsicum chopped 2 Green chili 2 Soya sauce 2 tbsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp Chicken cube 1 Salt ½ tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Sugar 1tbsp Chili sauce 1 tbsp Water 1cup Corn flour 2 tbsp Rice ½ kg Garlic 1clove Method Heat oil and add chopped garlic sauté until golden brown then add boneless chicken mix and fry unti 2 mins add capcium and green chilli fry until 1 min then add soya sauce then add red chilli crushed,chicken cube,salt,black pepper ,sugar,chilli sauce mix well flame should be high add 1 cup water and cornflour heat until 2 to3 mins chicken chilli is ready to serve. Chocolate Balls: Ingredients Biscuits 2 packets Coconut ½ cup Coco powder ½ cup Condensed milk as required Method Grind biscuits as powder now Add coconut powder ,coco powder and condensed milk now mix well and make a small ball shape and dip in coconut powder cool it for 3 to 4 hours chocolate balls are ready to serve Macaroni salad: Ingredients Macaroni ½ packet Nuggets ½ packet Ketchup as required Mayonise as required Red chili powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Method Mix all ingredients
