INGREDIENTS
2.5 lbs (1.13 kg )bone-in chicken thighs
1 Tbsp (15 ml) low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp (10 ml) Shaoxing cooking wine (optional)
1 to 2 tsp Onion salt seasoning blend
1/4 tsp white pepper
**Bake @ 375 ºF for 50 to 55 minutes
