#chickenMalaiTikka #chickenStarters #ChickenRecipes Full Recipe : Ingredients : Boneless chicken : 500 grams Hung curd : 3/4th cup Grated Processed cheese : 1/2 cup Fresh Cream : 1/2 cup Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp Salt - 1tsp Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp Coriander powder : 1tsp cumin powder : 3/4th tsp Garam masala : 1 tsp Green chilli paste : 1 tsp Coriander leaves : 1 tbsp finely chopped Kasuri methi : 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder : 1/4th tsp Ghee - 1 tsp ( for infusion) Butter - 3 tsp Charcoal - 1 piece Marinade 1: * Add tikka size chicken pieces into the bowl and add salt , turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste , black pepper powder and mix them well . * Let them rest for 30 mins . Marinade 2: * In to another bowl add hung curd , grated cheese , cream , cardamom powder , coriander powder , cumin powder , garam masala , green chilli paste , coriander leaves , kasuri methi and mix them well until the cheese dissolves . * Add marinated tikka pieces into a malai mixture prepared and let them rest overnight or at least 3-4 hours . Charcoal Infusion : * Infuse smoke into marinated pieces for 20 mins by placing live charcoal and dropping ghee on the charcoal (optional step). Preparation: * Soak skewers in water for 20 mins to prevent skewers from burning . * Skewer the chicken pieces 4 to 5 pieces to one stick . * On hot tawa add ghee and place the chicken skewers . * On medium flame roast the chicken evenly on all the sides for 12 - 15 mins. * Add butter by flipping in between .
