Ingredients:
A. For Chicken Marination
1. Chicken - 100 grams Cleaned
2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
3. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
4. Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
5. Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon ( You can alter this if you want your chicken to be more spicy)
6. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
B. For Frying the Chicken
1. Oil - 5 Tablespoon (required to shallow fry)
C. For Sauce Preparation
1. Oil - 3 Tablespoon
2. Garlic - 4-5 pods, finely chopped
3. Ginger - 1/4 inch, finely chopped
4. Green chillies- 2-3 nos, finely chopped
5. Dark Soy Sauce -1 Teaspoon ( reduce or increase this amount based on the thickness and taste of your soya sauce)
6. Red Chilly Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
7. Tomato Sauce - 2 Teaspoon
8. Corriander Leaves - Few (optional)
9. Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
