Super easy recipe for a potluck BBQ. - 1 to 2 Cucumbers pealed and sliced - 1 Red Onion sliced to desired size - Tomatoes ( I use cherry tomatoes) cut in half - 1 container of Mozzarella balls. They are typically in an Italian oil dressing - Italian Salad Dressing Cut all your veggies into a bowl and add a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Add Italian dressing until it covers the veggies Add cheese balls including dressing in container.
