Here's the recipe: SNAP, APPLE & POP 1 oz. (30ml) Gin 1 oz. (30ml) St Germain 1 2/3 oz. (50ml) Apple Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice 4 Sugar Snap Peas Mint Leaves Garnish: Popping Candy Rim/Mint Sprig PREPARATION 1. Rim edge of glass with corn syrup and popping candy. Set aside. 2. Drop sugar snap peas and mint leaves into base of glass and muddle well. Add ice. 3. Pour over gin, st. germain, lime juice and apple juice. Shake. 4. Double strain into glass and garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy responsibly!
