Ingredients:
For making dough
3 cups maida
1 cup milk
1 ts brown sugar
On and half ts salt
3 ts yeast
4,5 ts oil
1 cup water
Making: add all the items in flour and mix it well and knead until it makes a smooth dough keep it in normal temperature for 2 hours
For filling:
Boiled shredded chicken
Cabbage
1 cup milk
Half cup all pupose flour(maida)
Onion
1 1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 ts black pepper
1 ts red chilli powder
1 slice butter
Mint 6,7 leaves
Corrinder
Grated cheese
Preparation:
Put butter slice firstly into the pan then add chopped onions until they get brown add cabbge in it then add maida in it on low flame add milk and mix it well further add spices and then in last mint and corrinder
Filling:
Make the dough in oval shape or sqaure ada the batter in longitudinal way nd add cheese on it then cut the sides by space and fold it gently then brush the egg on the bread and bake it for 20-25 in preheat oven at 180°
Yummy cheesy chicken bread is ready to serve....
