AVOCADO TUNA SALAD INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of tuna
1 English cucumber
1 small/med red onion, sliced
1 avocados, diced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
2 Tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp corn
2 Tbsp Green olive
