Cup measurements:- 1 cup=250 ml; ½ cup =125 ml; ¾ cup=190 ml; ¼ cup=60 ml; 1/3 cup=80ml
INGREDIENTS:-
1. Banana(chopped)- 1
2. Green apple(chopped)- 1
3. Red apple(chopped)- 1
4. Pomegranate kernels
5. Heavy whipping cream- 1 ½ cup/ 400 ml
6. Condensed milk- 5-6 tbsp
7. Chaat masala- 1 tsp
8. Mint leaves-for garnish
TIPS :-
1. Beat the whipping cream for a smooth consistency.
2. You can add in other fruits available.
3. You can also add in some dry fruits if you prefer some crunch in it.
4. Serve the salad chilled.
