In this video I have shown how to make chicken sticks quickly at home using toothpicks. It a simple chicken marinated with green masala and coated with seviyan. It can be made very quickly during tea time or breakfast. An ideal dish for Iftar in the month of Ramadan. It looks very tempting because of the small size and the texture is crispy.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 500 gms
Green chillies - 8-10 pcs
Coriander leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp (freshly crushed)
Egg - 1 pc
