Try out our delicious recipe of Chicken Quesadilla with Jalapenos NOW! #KhanaKahani #KashmirCookingOils #QuickandEasy #KhaanaTohBahanaHai Chicken Quesadilla with Jalapenos (Recipe in English) Ingredients: Kashmir Cooking Oil 1 pack tortilla 2 chicken breasts, sliced finely 1 sliced onion 1 sliced capsicum 1 fresh lemon 1 cup boiled corn 2 cups Grated cheese Spicy jalapenos, sliced finely Coriander, chopped For Spices: 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp zeera powder 1 tbsp coriander 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder Dips: Sour cream, hot sauce To Marinade Chicken - In a pan, mix spices and add to the chicken. Add juice of one lemon. Set aside for 1 hour. For Chicken Preparation - Add Kashmir cooking oil to a pan and fry chicken until it’s cooked through. This should take no longer than 10 minutes. Cut the chicken into slices. For Quesadilla Preparation - Place a tortilla on a greased pan. Add sautéed veggies, chicken, corn, jalapenos, and cheese - Place a tortilla on top like a sandwich until cheese melts. Then flip over. Once Tortillas are brown on both sides, slice the quesadilla in fours. Serve with a dip of your choice and enjoy!
