Today's recipe is Chicken Fajita Parcels.
Make these snacks for Ramadan or Tea time.
Snacks for birthday parties and for lunch box.
Make and freeze iftar recipes
Ingredients:
to marinate the chicken:
1 Chicken Breast,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Black Pepper,
½ tsp Chili Powder,
½ tsp Garlic Powder,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
& 1 tbsp Soy Sauce,
Mix these all above and let the chicken marinate for 15~20 minutes.
Method:
- Turn on the flame & add 2~3 tbsp oil in pan.
- Stir fry a small onion for a minute.
- Add marinated chicken & cook for 4~5 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp Ketchup, 1 tbsp Chili Sauce & 1 small Capsicum.
- Cook for 2~3 minutes.
- Now add 2~3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, mix & turn off the flame.
- Fajita filling is ready, let it cools down.
- Now take two samosa sheets & put them in opposite direction.
- Put filling in center & fold them to make the parcel.
- Apply flour paste for binding.
- Freeze the parcels for later use or fry them now.
